Hi! My name is Sarah. I'm a Mechanical Engineer, but my real passion lies in the fitness and wellness industry. I love being a personal trainer and hope to one day make this my career. I'm a pretty layed back, anything-goes type of girl. My heart lies with the ocean, so every chance I get I'm at the beach (or in the gym :p). My journal is mostly just a bunch of rambling about every-day occurances, and a place for me to either vent or share good times. Welcome!
